A mother who wanted to learn more

Thursday, May 14th, 2009

Being a mother involves to many responsibility. Responsibility to take care of your children to nourish them and to give them all their needs. And not just what they need but all the things that are good for them. Good for their health and their mind. You will find for the best milk that you can give them, search it on the market places, but it will end up that still what God had give is the best. Still breastfeeding is the best for your children.

We do admit that the nature itself can help us in many ways. It can help us to survive in this living, and almost all the things that we do need can be find on the nature. What good about it, is that you can be sure that there will be no side effect that it can give you. That is why for me as a mother I do know that there are so many things that I needed to learn and to know. I needed to know what are the nature and the health of my children can be related. How I can use the nature to give me children what they need and what are in the nature that I can give to my chidren that I can assure will not harm them.

As I have search on the internet for various information that I needed to know, I had found and discover a site on the internet that offers the organic mattresses, there really is a product like this. I thought that mattresses are made by the foam which is hard to dispose because you cannot burn it, it’s harmful to the ozone layer, you cannot put it in the trash because some garbage collector won’t pick it up. I cannot believe that there is such a organic crib bedding that you can find that you can be sure that it is safe for your children’s protection as well as their health. You can also have the choice for the sizes because they have the organic twin mattresses. You may worry about the cost of the product, thinking that it was expensive, no it’s not you can have a visit on their site and see the products included the information and the prices that you wanted to know.

I have learn more here

There is a site where I do visit not for fun and entertainment but I do visit for me to nourish knowledge and to learn more. For me to find more information that I could learn. Like when I decided to take care of dogs I don’t just asked information from my friends and relatives. But I also search on the internet for more details and information that I wanted to learn.

I search for a specific kind of dog on their Dictionary finding for it’s meaning, the characteristic of the dogs, information about the dogs. When I wanted to know more about their health I did search on the Questions and Answers so I can search with a specific question and find the answer that is related to my own question. I also have read different cases from other people situation and also have read other question that I haven’t thought of that is also useful for me. On their site I am  sure had Find Answers that I needed to know. That I also had found the best place to have the search for anything.

Improved listening skills

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

At work, improved listening skills can mean the difference between success and failure—both for individuals and for companies.
A Department of Labor report emphasized the value of learning how to listen effectively.A survey of over 400 top-level personnel directors suggested that the two most important factors in helping graduates find jobs are speaking and listening ability.
Another survey of major American corporations reported that poor listening is “one of the companies most important problems” and that “ineffective listening leads to ineffective performance.”If you listen effectively on the job, you will improve your chances for advancement. This is especially true in organizations that provide services rather than goods. Companies that encourage people at every level to develop effective listening skills enjoy many dividends.
Employees are more innovative when they sense that management will listen to new ideas. Morale improves, and the work environment becomes more pleasant and productive. For these reasons, many Fortune 500 corporations provide listening training programs for their employees.
