g2Learn was formed in 2014 by Greg Gardner after spending the previous 15+ years in the online learning industry as a technology director who bridged the gap between technologists and educators/instructional designers. During this time his responsibilities included evangelizing new technologies in the online learning spaces of e-Learning, mobile learning, performance support and social learning; developing efficiencies within courseware development; and integrating courseware with various Learning Management Systems. He created online learning for Compaq, Microsoft and numerous state and federal government agencies, and many other corporations and non-profit agencies. Mr. Gardner has developed e-Learning content using Lectora, Articulate Storyline and Studio, Adobe Presenter, Captivate, Raptivity, Claro, SmartBuilder, and Rapid Intake’s Unison. He led development efforts in mobile learning and developing mobile learning strategies for many clients. He has presented at many conferences nationally, writes for several blogs and has a podcast.
In addition to his technology predilection, he has also worked as with several Indian online learning firms in the business development sphere working to increase global awareness and new revenue streams.
g2Learn is his second personal start-up firm. He worked for several internet start-ups in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, as well as established firms such as Boeing and Compaq, and consulting firms such as ICF International.
Mr. Gardner is a former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. g2Learn is registered with the federal government as a veteran owned small business.
